*The children's and youth program costs
kec over $60 per person. This cost includes tent and equipment hire, materials and morning tea, administration costs for child protection and volunteer accommodation. It takes over 200 volunteers to run the program at kec, and they contribute financially to help cover their costs.
In order for
kec to provide better facilities in the future, we need to begin to covercosts. For this reason we are asking you to pay the full $52 per child if you are able to. The concession rate (a minimum payment of $32 per child, or more if you are able) is provided for anyone who cannot genuinely afford the full rate. If you are in a position to make a donation to
kec to help pay for families less well off, that would be greatly appreciated.
We do not wish these prices to prevent anyone from attending
kec. Please contact the
kcc office if you have any questions or a special financial situation that makes these fees difficult to manage, and we will accommodate you.
Please note that for families with more than three children, every child after the third receives free registration.
Concession Rate Available for full-time students, pensioners and unemployed.
Cancellations Cancellations must be advised in writing to the
kcc Office.
After Tuesday, 2 February 2010 registration fees are non-refundable. All registration cancellations attract an administration fee of $10.00pp.
Registration fees include morning teas.
