Onsite accommodation spaces limited. Please phone the
kcc Office to make an accommodation booking before you register. (N.B. Accommodation bookings will only be accepted by telephone).
A deposit of $20.00 per person is payable within 7 days of making a phone booking. The balance of accommodation fees is due Tuesday, 2 February 2010.
Cancellations Cancellations must be advised in writing to the
kcc Office.
1.Cancellations received by Tuesday, 2 February 2010: All accommodation cancellations attract a $20.00 per person fee. Only if the accommodation is re-let, will the remaining portion be refunded.
2. Cancellations received after Tuesday, 2 February 2010: Non-refundable (in part or in full).

Family Rate: families with two parents and three or more children(between 3 and 16 years) will receive a discount of $50 for Kedumba off the family total.
Costs cover accommodation and all meals from Thursday supper to Monday lunch. Please see the main
